Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged 

we will happily offer a replacement. If you are not satisfied with an

If your item arrives broken:

​2.) Photos of the box condition & packaging material

Stolen packages, packages delivered incorrectly, or incorrect addresses:

If the carrier fails to deliver your package or if your package is stolen,
this is not the responsibility of Rustic Barn Craft Co. You will need to file a
claim through the carrier for a full refund —this is completely out of our
control and is the responsibility of the carrier. If packages are returned to
Rustic Barn Craft Co. due to incorrect address, there will be a re-ship fee as
we do not get refunded on shipping when it's returned to sender.

Processing and Delivery Times:
All orders are processed within 3-5 days. Standard shipping typically takes between [2-8 business days], for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order:
